Ingredients

Shredded pork 200g

Shredded lettuce 100g

Black fungus 50g

Minced pickled chili 30g

Minced ginger 5g

Minced garlic 5g

Sugar 8g

Vinegar 5g

Starch 8g

Colza oil 15g

Chicken powder 5g

Salt 5g

Method

1.Marinate the shredded pork with salt and starch for a while.

2.Put some colza oil into pot, while it is hot, add into the pork which is already marinated, and put the pickled chili, minced ginger together with minced garlic into pot to stir-fry.

3.Sautéed it for a while when add the shredded lettuce and shredded black fungus in, and then put into the sugar and vinegar.

4.When it is cooked, scatter some chicken powder and minced shallot, and get it out of the pot.
