BANGKOK - A homemade explosive hit Bangkok early Friday morning and injured a man, only days after a blast in the capital city killed one and injured another nine.

The explosion occurred at 1:30 am at Rangnam Road near the King Power duty-free shopping center in downtown Bangkok. A man who was passing by was seriously injured.
