TAR international tax research center was established in Lhasa, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region on Oct 27th and elected the first session of the council.

The international tax research center as an academic and non-profit social organization will be still under the jurisdiction of TAR State Administration of Taxation.

Yuan Qingjie, director of TAR international tax research center said:" How to use favorable tax policy to attract foreign investment, how to create sound conditions for local enterprises adaptable to world market and how to develop local area's economy become the duties of our international tax research center."
