Huang Shouhong, deputy director of the State Council Research Office, said 13 foreign experts, including two Nobel Laureates, were consulted on the draft of the work report.

The experts are from seven countries --the US, the UK, Austria, Netherland, Singapore, Japan and South Korea, and some suggestions in areas such as economics, management, energy and technology were incorporated in the final report.

Premier Li Keqiang delivered this year's Government Work Report to the National People's Congress, the country's top legislature, on Saturday.
