$2m hyper car crashes in East China

A hyper car worth 12.6 million yuan ($2 million) was badly damaged in a road accident in Yiwu in east China's Zhejiang province Tuesday evening, according to local news portal zgyww.cn.

The McLaren's P1 hyper car collided with a Rowe and the two drivers have been taken away by the police.

The limited hyper car is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 paired to an electric motor producing a combined 904 horsepower for a 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint in 2.8 seconds and a limited top speed of 351km/h (218mph), and is said to cost 12.6 million yuan in China, or $2 million.
