I believe that both the Party and the Chinese people are looking forward to the convening of the 18th CPC National Congress. In accordance with the Party’s governing policy, the CPC National Congress provides a platform in which Chinese Communists can voice the needs and expectations of the ordinary Chinese as their representatives. I hope the 18th CPC National Congress, with the principle of combining theories with practice, can solve problems concerning the country’s development and people’s livelihood, bringing real benefit to people nationwide.
