China Pavilion issues silver stamps

Sales of silver stamps for Expo 2010's China Pavilion have started.

The series of 99.9% pure silver stamps feature four categories of 88 grams, 188g, 388g, and 688g, with in limited editions of 200,000, 10,000, 6,000 and 2,010 respectively.

The face of the stamps is watermarked with the design of "China Pavilion of Expo 2010," while the back features lilies and bats, indicating the all-inclusive Shanghai spirit, harmonious Expo 2010 and blooming nation. All these products are marked with the World Expo anti-counterfeit labels.

The stamps are authorized by the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, approved by China Post Group, produced by Shanghai Stamp Collection Corporation, and distributed by Expo 2010 franchise dealer Shanghai Chang Yu Investment Co Ltd.

Products are available at all outlets of Shanghai Chang Yu Gold, Shanghai Old Temple Gold, designated outlets of the Bank of Communications and Shanghai Post Offices and Expo 2010 retail franchises.
