Shanghai aims at a low carbon Expo
"Sun Valley", a permanent landmark structure, tests lights at Expo park in Shanghai, April 13, 2010. Eighty percent of the lights in the park use light emitting diode (LED) technology to save energy which makes the Expo a compact model zone of LED. Low carbon has become a theme of the park in terms of the building of pavilions, traffic and lighting. [Photo/Xinhua]
