Tornado kills 6, injures 25 in Chongqing

CHONGQING - At least six people were confirmed dead and 25 others injured after a tornado hit southwestern China's Chongqing municipality in wee hours of Thursday, according to local government.
The tornado occurred at around 2:00 am in Liangping county with a speed at around 30 meters per second, toppling some houses, which left six people dead and 25 others injured. Exact number of houses collapsed is yet to be available.
All of the injured have been sent to local hospitals.
