Police in Hunan province have offered a reward of 200,000 yuan ($29,000) for vital information about a suspect who allegedly killed two men in separate fatal shootings.
Last Friday, a 41-year-old man surnamed Guo was killed in a shooting outside a bank in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan province.
The victim had allegedly withdrawn some cash and was approaching one of the cars parked outside the bank when the suspect shot him in the head, Xinhua reported.
The suspect fled after robbing the victim of 45,000 yuan ($6,600). He is described as a man of average build, about 40-year-old and 1.7 meters tall.

"The investigation shows that the suspect who shot Guo and who shot another men by gun in October was the same one... Changsha police authorities has paid a lot attention on the two cases and therefore offered a large reward to seize the suspect," a police surnamed Hu with Changsha public security bureau said Saturday.
A 50-year-old man surnamed Li was shot dead by a homemade gun in the city's Nanjiao park on October 14, Hunan Daily reported. Anyone with information should contact the bureau's criminal investigation squad by 13574849110 or 0731-85010202. Gun crime has haunted the country this year.
A roadside shooting left nine residents wounded last Tuesday night in Guangzhou, South China’s Guangdong province.
The shooting came after several suspects smashed a store selling bottled water in Hongxing village in Guangzhou's Baiyun district.
A man in a van fired his shotgun at the onlookers. Villagers said the store was attacked after the boss offended local criminal gang that monopolized the area’s bottled water business.
The case is still under investigation and 11 suspects involved have been arrested. In June, police arrested 44-year-old Li Zhiying after he shot a woman with a sporting rifle on the street of Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province.
The victim was blackmailing Li after claims he had an extramarital affair with the victim’s little sister.
