Muse of 2008 Olympic torch relay

If this Mr. Sarkozy was such a strong advocates of human rights, and was so sympathetic of the poor and under-privileged Tibetans, why did you run your election with anti-immigrant agenda in your own country? What was the attitude of French government towards Muslin scarf these days? If French nation is so in love with freedom of the entire humanity, how did you treat the Haitians during the French Revolution. Who is the culprit of the Dreyfus scandal against the Jews. For God's sake how come the entire English speaking world detest the French as people least likely to talk to them in English, even though they know how? If the entire Western world fear the spread of communism, this thing called "communism" was not even stuff "made inChina". It was much closer to "made in France", or "made in England" than "made in" anywhere else.

China is now working with the "Chinese style socialism", for your information. And before your brand of communism showed any signs of working functionality in China, there were a lot of re-engineering had to be done. The Chinese Communist Party would be the first one to tell you what a victim they had been by your defective products, when they first imported that "made in Europe" style communism. Oh, by the way, that communism import to China was sent by British gunship along with opium. Chinese people couldn't refuse the "offer" from your European mobsters, even if we wanted to. With the amount of coverage about protesters "for" and "against" China in the Western media, one would think there must be a very large crowd of these "free Tibet" supporters, very few supporters for China. But have you Western reporters been counting people who were against, support, or don't care about the Olympic torch relay in the streets of San Fransisco, and then reporting without bias? There is not that many people supporting "free Tibet" or "Falun Gong", but they occupied most of the news time and space. Oh, I forgot my colleagues do not like to go to the hood, but like to brag about how they had been private detectives in the hood when coming back to the office. Here we go, another colleague finishing a donut heading to pizza. Poor guy, he is not even 5'10", but weighs 350 lbs, which is a stark contrast to those Chinese torch relay guards.

>Did those guards run six and half miles a day in training, just for these few hours? What a strong work ethic! Why are there so many sudden scrutinies about the guards, and terms like "thugs", phrases like "they think they can push people around even outside of China" entering into newspaper about these young men? Most of the complaints are from one or two activists or athletes who had been "pushed"? Oh, the rest of us know what it means not to focus on the politics, not to disrupt a sports event, but doing ones' job. For the political mobsters who call the torch relay guards "thugs", they need to learn how to do their jobs and how to behave civilized, such as not to charge the field in a sports venue. What were the penalties for the English hooligans?

There is this actor Richard Gere, who dressed like a scholar, looked melancholy and profound. He made a moving speech on Yahoo video stating that, if Chinese government did not let the torch route to pass through the pristine Tibetan area, none of the recent protests would have happened. Oh, what a beautiful pose, that scholarly, sad look, moaning for a lost culture, so precious to the entire humanity.

I am a Chinese; I am moderate; I am not a monk and I watch movies. I watched movies such as "pretty woman". Did Mr. Gere practically glorified prostitution as the shortest path to a fairy tale marriage for young girls? If a person like that wants to advocate the cause of "freeing Tibet", nobody should waste time or energy arguing with him. In the "Red corner", that scholarly, and melancholy look of Mr. Gere showed up, and almost made a Chinese woman fell in love with him. How touching? If you get that bachelor's degree of yours, Richard, you might have a better chance, otherwise go with prostitution.

Descent Chinese women just don't fall in love with school drop-outs. If you finish your bachelor's degree in philosophy, maybe you would know that "chakra" stuff Dalai Lama taught you, was quite common knowledge in India and China. Entry level monks or students of traditional medicine would have been able to teach you. If Chinese government do not censor the kind of garbage that you put in the cinemas, they would be called irresponsible. Speaking of censorship, when American industry bodies rated "R", rated "PG-13", most people would act like censorship does not exist. When media organizations filter out "F" words and "N" words, people would rarely equate those actions to censorship. They are all done by private sectors for "political correctness". But when similar things happen in China by the equivalent of industry standard bodies, you bet they would be reported as political censorship. Because when it comes to Chinese, let's demonize.

To Ms. Pelosi who constantly bashed China on Tibet or any other issues, did you really know what you were advocating? If you Ms. Polosi like the Tibetan culture that much, why don't you suggest combining church and state to your colleagues in the Democratic party? You may start out by letting public schools teach theology, and slowly bring back Tibetan style theocracy for your constituents and see how that might work out. You have no idea what Tibet and Dalai Lama were all about, do you? I bet you won't bother to learn more about Chinese and Tibetan culture either, because "when it's Chinese, let's demonize". How would it worth your valuable time to learn or understand something that you are trying to look down so much?

To Senator Clinton and Senator Obama, who suggested President Bush should at least boycott one of the ceremonies during the 2008 Olympics, do you guys know what Tibetan culture was all about? Oh, I forgot you can't read Tibetan language or Chinese. If you like Tibetan and those poor oppressed monks so much, next time when talking to blue collar workers in Detroit, don't forget to tell them monks were slave owners buying and selling people under the reign of Dalai Lama, until Chinese government put a stop to it. But you won't tell the brothers and sisters from the hood about that, would you? 'cause when it's Chinese, let's demonize.

You would tell them that Chinese, Indians and Mexicans took their jobs overseas, and you would help them get those jobs back. But why don't you tell them when those jobs come back, they would be paid less than 1/5 of what they used to be paid? Middle or lower class working families everywhere in the world are making a honest buck or a fraction of an honest buck. It's you guys "elitist" with Yale and Harvard education that are making the killings. Why don't you, Yale or Harvard graduates tell them both sides of the story about basic economics. Oh, by the way, Department of Labor statistics show that America needs doctors and engineers, won't you consider those high paying jobs? You Democrats are always big on educational spending, how many doctors and engineers have you trained out of those unemployed folks or out of their children? Education, education, education, "science", "engineering", "school dropout rates", but never mind, when times are tough, blame immigrants and Chinese. How convenient? Let's see how you fair against the incumbent, when you take the office? But for now, let's demonize the Chinese.

What did the incumbent do? The strategies of the game plan are always the same.
