Feeling too much hurt by his daughter's snap and insult, Wang Zhihua finally
broke his silence over the "anti-mistress website", which was built and made
public by the daughter about her father's extra-marital life.
The father filed a lawsuit against his daughter Wang Jing for reputation
infringement, requiring her to stop the infringement and make apologies on
newspapers and websites, reported Shandong Evening Post Wednesday.
The daughter Wang Jing, a freshman at a Jinan university, East China's
Shandong Province, resorted to radical measures including petitions, on her
website depicting the trials and tribulations of her family that was, as she
wrote, "derailed by a wanton father."
According to the father, the daughter used many prejudiced and insulting
words in many of her articles posted on the website, which brought him enormous
agony and dealt a heavy blow to his reputation.
The father said he had kept silence over the past months even in the face of
flooding media reports over the infamous "anti-mistress website," considering
that his daughter was still an immature child.
However, the daughter remained harsh and radical, and never stopped her
scolding and insulting, which made the father believe legal action was the only
way to awaken the daughter to her mistakes.
"It is uneasy for a birth father to bring his daughter to court, but I have
no other choice," the father was quoted as saying by the paper.
The father said he just wanted to educate his daughter and making a
clarification for himself through the lawsuit. Therefore, he did not ask for any
mental damage compensation, and offered to bear all the legal
cost.
