SmartCity Expo & World Congress will kick off in Barcelona, Spain on Nov 29.

The four-day event, focusing on the development of sustainable cities, will be the first event of its kind in attracting public administrators, researchers, and entrepreneurs to discuss environmentally-friendly economic growth.

It will offer preferential prices and polices to Chinese attenders, said Lluis Gomez, exhibition manager with Fira Barcelona, the organizer of the event.

Gomez said about 200 speakers have been scheduled to deliver speeches throughout the event.
