BearingPoint Inc, one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms, yesterday announced that it jointly launched the "White Paper on China's Software and Information Service Outsourcing Industry in 2008" and the "Research Report on China's Software and Information Service Outsourcing Enterprises in 2008" with the Ministry of Information Industry Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center, the China Software Industry Association and the ChinaSourcing Alliance.
