Irish restaurant Molly Malone's in Beijing is celebrating its 12th anniversary with a brand new menu and wine list featuring classic Irish flavors.

Located in Jinbao street, the restaurant is one of the earliest restaurants in the capital that focuses on Irish specials.

The Guinness flavored pork ribs is one highlight on the new menu. The chef uses Irish beer Guinness in a sweet and sour sauce with smoked flavors and uses the sauce to marinate and roast the ribs.

The Irish lamb stew with red wine, a traditional dish that dates back to the beginning of 19th century, is one must try in winter. The lamb is slow-stewed with root vegetables with assorted spices, making it tender and flavorful.

The wine list includes several traditional Irish cocktails such as Irish Gold, Irish Tea Party and Irish Maid.
