According to Lin, these two elderly employees will help ordering, waitering and communication with customers.

"We have recruited and interviewed a group of elderly people with cognitive impairment so far and they are at the stage of applying for health certificates. However, the epidemic situation might delay the process and we will interview and train them simultaneously during this period," said Lin.
