"We present The Taste of Man Ho signature set menu to showcase our chef team's ingenuity and inheritance of Cantonese cuisine and care for every gathering," Malik said.

The eight dishes featured on the menu are double-boiled fish maw soup with ham, crispy fried fish with vinegar sauce, fried pawn with truffle sauce, honey-glazed premium barbecue pork, Man Ho special crispy chicken, signature braised snow dragon beef, fresh abalone stewed with oyster sauce and baked cod fish on a hot stone.

The Taste of Man Ho-themed menu promises to take diners on a Lingnan cultural experience journey and it is being offered at 25 Man Ho restaurants across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Lingnan refers to a southern area comprising Guangdong and Hainan provinces, the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions.

The dishes on the menu can be ordered online via the Marriott International Food and Beverage Mall's Wechat mini-program.
