Fitness and exercise in a group setting can be less intimidating than setting out on your own. Many people sign up for gyms to lose weight, but find motivation hard to come by.
With this in mind, Mode-L decided to bring its members closer.
Since last May, Mode-L has organized four weight loss challenges to better motivate members.
The 30-day challenge mixes nutrition and exercise with psychology, and has not only helped people lose pounds but also transform their lifestyles.
With the help of a nutritionist and personal trainer, several participants managed to lose as much as 10 kilograms within 30 days.
Besides the weight loss challenges, Mode-L also organizes activities outside the gym, such as basketball games and latest fitness craze plogging (jogging while picking up trash).
