Program to help Chinese restaurants go overseas launched

A program to help Chinese go restaurants overseas was launched on April 27 in Beijing, initiated by World Federation of the Chinese Catering Industry and American Chinese Catering Industry General Association.

The program aims to help Chinese restaurants to boost their brand image abroad, standardize the cooking process and offer consultation on human resources, legal matters and central kitchen and supply chain management when expanding overseas.
