Musical comedy 'Queen' staged in Beijing

Queen, a musical comedy was staged at Beijing's Chaoyang Culture Center's Nine Theaters over Dec 6-9. And it will be shown again over Dec 30 - Jan 1 at the Kaixinmahua Magnet Theater.

The comedy is a monodrama where the actress plays 27 roles, giving a performance about a woman’s struggles and choices in romantic relationship.

The musical has gained ratings of 8.7 points out of 10 on the Douban review site.
