Over 100 new products, tech to debut at import expo

More than 100 new products and technologies will make their debut at the first China International Import Expo, said the Ministry of Commerce on Saturday.

Wang Bingnan, vice-minister of commerce, said that the first import-themed expo will be divided into two sectors: goods and services.

Over 3,000 companies have signed up to participate, including over 200 big-name enterprises from the Fortune 500 list.

More than 100 new products and technologies are going to debut during the event, with some being shown to the world for the first time.
