Four more miners have been pulled out alive from a flooded coal mine in northern China, more than a week after being trapped. Nine others were rescued earlier Monday morning.

State television says rescuers are preparing to pull as many as 70 to 80 miners out of the mine, though conditions underground remain complicated.
