UK Foreign Secretary: Sanctions alone don't work on Iran nuke issue

Visiting British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said on Monday that sanctions alone would not resolve the Iran nuclear issue, and a dual-track strategy must be used.
He said he would discuss the issue with Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi later tonight.
"We already have sanctions, no one pretends that they will work on their own", he told China Daily, "that's why we got to take a dual-track strategy".
