A new menu at Shang Palace in Beijing's Shangri-La Hotel is coming soon! Chef Kam is looking forward to delighting guests with a large variety of Nanyang-style Cantonese delicacies, the chef's very own signature dishes and dim sum selections along with local and regional Chinese specialties. Come and discover more beginning March 14, 2014.
