Xiamen hosts AI Industry Project Matchmaking Conference

The 2025 Xiamen Artificial Intelligence Industry "Four-Chain Integration" Project Matchmaking Conference was held on April 27.
Over 300 guests, including industry experts, think tanks, enterprise representatives, and financial institution delegates from the AI-related fields, gathered to exchange insights on current AI industry policy application scenarios and the latest development trends, aiming to better empower technological innovation and industrial development.
At the conference, Xiamen unveiled several measures to further promote the development of the AI industry, featuring more substantial incentives, broader coverage, and enhanced precision compared to existing policies.
The event witnessed the signing of 10 key projects with a total planned investment of 1.56 billion yuan ($215 million). Furthermore, Xiamen has established 36 public service platforms including AI industry incubators, launched a 50-billion-yuan technology innovation fund, released 284 AI application scenarios, and implemented a unified citywide data-sharing platform aggregating over 13 billion public data records.
With its forward-looking deployment of intelligent computing infrastructure set to exceed 3,000 petaflops of public AI computing capacity this year, Xiamen's AI sector is now embracing unprecedented development opportunities.
The highlight of the conference was the official signing ceremony for 10 major projects, including the AI "Four-Chain Integration" Innovation Consortium, marking their establishment in Xiamen.
Complementing these signings, the event featured an exhibition showcasing innovative achievements from 20 local Xiamen AI enterprises, demonstrating cutting-edge technologies and practical applications in smart manufacturing, intelligent healthcare, and smart city solutions.
