There are many stories depicting the origins of beer. One is that beer was discovered by farmers in Europe. The wheat stored in the barn fermented after getting wet from rain and a leaky roof. A farmer tasted the fermented liquor and found it delicious. Thus, people started brewing the liquor and produced the first beer.

Germans use beer as an important seasoning for dishes. The biersuppe, also known as German beer soup, is popular in Germany. It is made from light beer, thickened with potato flour and flavored with cinnamon and lemon peels. After boiling, the soup becomes a non-alcoholic beverage with a beer aroma that Germans always serve with soup.

Beer can contain significant amounts of nutrients, including magnesium, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, chromium and B vitamins. In fact, beer is sometimes referred to as "liquid bread".

Beer has other functions. It can remove the dead cells of the face and keep the face smooth and delicate. It can prevent the appearance of wrinkles and alopecia and cure beriberi. It also cleans ingrained dirt on the fridge and in glassware.
