Liu Dake, the director of the conference and exhibition commission of the China Association of International Trade, said on May 28 during an interview that the expo's organizers always stick to the philosophy of "Foothold on the Globe, Serving Northeast Asia". The expo not only seeks improvement of the economic situation in Jilin province, but also considers the expo's effects on Northeast Asia's economic development. Thus the expo will push Jilin province to the cutting edge of international trade.

Liu stresses that the expo will work to accelerate economic development in Northeast Asia, as well as pay attention to Changchun's international reputation. It will also maximize attendees' benefits to get support from attendees and attract as many business opportunities as possible.

Liu said the convention and exhibition industry is a unique industry that provides platforms for exchange and communication for other industries, and it requires support in all aspects. A good exhibition can reflect the organizers' capabilities and requires cooperation between parties, transportation, medical services, safety and reception. The expo's organizer, the Jilin Bureau of Exposition, has impressed with their earnest, dedicated and persistent attitude. Thanks to their efforts, they have made the expo a professional and boundless event.

Liu also said, "I look forward to the ninth China-Northeast Asia Expo, and I hope it will have a larger influence and better reputation in the world. What I care most is that the regional characteristics within the expo will gradually fade out under the effort of every country in Northeast Asia, and we will follow a philosophy of consensus, mutual benefit and sharing in every event of the expo."
