The government also put money into constructing plazas for exercises and activity rooms for the elderly. In addition to this, it also organized various activities in which to enrich the free time of residents, including singing and dance competitions.

Many local grassroots artists commented that the various singing and dance competitions provide stages for locals to show their talents and achieve their dreams.
