Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Guangxi’s human resources chief Li Ningbo in Beijing on March 8.
Zhang praised Guangxi’s achievements in introducing foreign talent and hoped Guangxi can improve its management of foreign experts.
Other officials also took part.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
