Largest convention center in Northeast China to be built

On July 15th, Puhe International Convention Center broke ground in north Shenyang, Liaoning province.

Upon completion, Puhe International Convention Center will be the largest international convention center in northeast China and will also include a five-star hotel. It is expected to cover about 60,000 sq km. The convention center will be built on the idea of humanistic ecology, and its forestation will cover 60%-70% of the total area. The center can hold 2,000 guests.

Puhe International Convention Center will be built beginning September this year and will be ready for use by 2012. The total investment reached 60 million yuan.
