The second joint conference on controlling illegal construction behavior and illegal land occupation behavior was held on Feb 26. Attendees included: Ding Guohao, municipal standing committee and executive vice mayor; Li Shengwei, county class cadre and deputy secretary of the Party; Zhang Yaofeng, vice-chairman of the CPPCC of Ruzhou; Yang Changpo, president of Ruzhou Law Court; Qiao Yien, chief procurator of Ruzhou Procuratorate; and Zheng Xuyin, deputy county class cadre and municipal government Party member.

After listening to illegal behavior control work reports, Ding Guohao said that each department should strengthen policy propaganda and make propaganda more targeted and effective by changing its content and form. Cases of illegal behavior handed over to judicial departments should be investigated quickly and punished severely.
