On Dec 6, the Ruzhou municipal federation of disabled extended 260 yuan of fuel subsidies to each of the 300 disabled people in urban and rural areas for the use of motor wheelchairs.

The fuel subsidy is given to those with lower-limb disabilities who have the ID card to show their disability and vouchers proving they have bought the motor wheelchairs. The subsidies are there to support the disabled who use motor wheelchairs despite soaring fuel prices.
