The Daming Palace Case Hall was named “best case hall” on October 25 by the “Expo Chart,” an online voting contest organized by the Expo Channel of Tencent, a senior sponsor of the Shanghai Expo, according to the Xi’an Evening News.

The online voting contest lasted one month, from September 20 to October 20, attracting over 30 million voters who voted online for their favorite national pavilion, province pavilion, enterprise pavilion and UBPA (Urban Best Practice Area) case hall.

In the end, Daming Palace Case Hall was declared the best case hall with 270,840 votes, followed by Taipei Case Hall and Ningbo Tengtou Case Hall. The Shandong province pavilion won the most votes of the province pavilions. The title of the best national pavilion went, of course, to the China Pavilion.
