Twenty days has passed since Daming Palace National Heritage Park first opened to the public. While bringing enjoyment to the tourists, Daming Palace has also suffered from misbehavior by the tourists. Scratches and small abrasions have been found on the miniature and other parts of the palace.

Mr. Tang, a maintenance worker says that during the holidays, tourists surged into the palace. Huge crowds may have caused this damage. He also calls for appropriate manners when visiting the national heritage park. It would be much better if everyone could mind his behavior. Mr. Chen, a tourist in the park, also says that, after all, this is a scenic spot that we all want to preserve and hope to hand down from generation to generation.
