State Grid Jinchang provides services for green power project

Updated:2026-08-28

"From initial guidance on project planning to continuous follow-up until final grid connection and power delivery, the power supply company's service has been thoughtful and efficient — our 'photovoltaic and charging station' project was completed a week earlier than expected!" said Liu Rui, an electrical contact at Gansu Lyudong New Energy Technology Co, pointed to the newly commissioned photovoltaic charging station and praised State Grid Jinchang Power Supply Co (State Grid Jinchang) for its efforts.

The "photovoltaic and charging station" integrated project by Gansu Lyudong New Energy Technology Co operates under a model where photovoltaic power is used first for self-consumption, with surplus electricity powering the charging stations. Even during the early preparation phase, State Grid Jinchang engaged with the company’s needs, assigning a dedicated customer manager to provide full-cycle tracking services, laying a solid foundation for the project’s smooth progress.

From clients' power-using application to formal grid connection, State Grid Jinchang adhered to the principle of minimizing customer trips, and maximizing service outreach, integrating high-quality service throughout every stage of construction.

Using an integrated online-offline service channel, the customer manager assisted the company throughout the process — including document submission and plan review — to minimize processing time.

Staff members made multiple on-site visits to conduct technical supervision, ensuring the construction quality met grid connection standards. During the grid acceptance phase, marketing, operations, and inspection teams collaborated to carry out joint inspections, completing equipment commissioning, data integration, and grid connection in one go.
