A strong agricultural sector is vital for rural vitalization. In recent years, Dongyuanzhuang has expanded its premium grape production through greenhouse cultivation, smart irrigation, temperature-controlled maintenance, and cold-chain storage.
This integrated system — covering planting, sightseeing, picking, storage, and distribution — has become a key driver of the local collective economy and employment. Essential operations such as seedling temperature regulation, greenhouse ventilation, drip irrigation, and cold storage all depend on a stable electricity supply, which directly affects fruit quality and overall profitability.

To secure reliable power during the harvest season, the power company coordinated with village committees and farming bases. Staff conducted thorough inspections of transformers, lines, distribution cabinets, and irrigation equipment, clearing vines and debris from corridors and fixing loose connections, aging parts, and leakage risks.
The picking garden's manager said that this year's grape harvest and sales have been excellent, and credited the cold storage's uninterrupted power as key to their success. The reliable service has not only improved fruit quality but also created jobs for local residents, significantly boosting rural industrial development.
Looking ahead, State Grid Jiaozuo will continue to upgrade rural grid infrastructure and improve its farmer-support services. Routine equipment checks, electricity guidance, and convenient service support will remain priorities, ensuring high-quality power delivery that advances comprehensive rural vitalization in the region.
