Power facilitates development of regional sci-tech innovation hub

The Shaoxing Campus of Hangzhou Dianzi University was fully energized on July 15. As Zhejiang province's priority project, the campus serves as a flagship endeavor for Shaoxing to build an integrated circuit (IC) innovation hub and nurture high-end microelectronics talent. It is scheduled to welcome its first cohort of approximately 4,500 faculty and students this September.

Building on this, the company streamlined the service expansion green channel, guided the optimization of construction workflows, and completed critical steps including on-site surveys, formulation and response of supply plans, and on-site inspections — securing invaluable time to accelerate project delivery.

To ensure no errors and no hidden-risks during the final energization, the company established a dedicated service task force, pooling expertise across operations, marketing, and maintenance divisions.

They conducted comprehensive and meticulous acceptance inspections of high- and low-voltage distribution facilities, line networks, and metering equipment, systematically identifying and addressing potential operational risks, while refining the energization procedure.

Through standardized operations and closed-loop end-to-end process control, they accomplished this key power delivery mission, lending professional power services to the smooth launch of this higher-education and sci-tech innovation project.
