State Grid Sanmenxia boosts summer support for enterprises
Staff members from State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company visited Jinhai Biotechnology in Lushi county's advanced manufacturing zone on June 16 to ensure reliable electricity for the enterprise during the summer peak season.
Anticipating rising demand, the company has arranged proactive on-site visits to business customers across its service area, based on their specific usage patterns.
Technicians are tasked with inspecting electrical equipment and power lines for hidden risks, learning about load conditions and power needs, gathering feedback on service quality, and addressing various production-related electricity issues. These efforts aim to keep summer power safe and hassle-free for local enterprises.
The office manager of Jinhai Biotechnology said that a steady power supply is essential for stable production and business growth. Their automated mushroom substrate lines run daily, producing up to 25 million sticks annually, while intelligent cultivation workshops, growing rooms, and cold storage all depend on reliable electricity.
The manager added that the power company makes regular visits, responds quickly to calls, offers professional guidance on electricity use, and helps inspect and resolve internal safety hazards. Such attentive services, the manager said, strengthen the company's confidence in its future development.
Moving forward, State Grid Sanmenxia will continue its customer-focused approach, broaden its service methods, and deliver high-quality, reliable power to support the region's high-quality economic growth.
