"Surrounding signals are satisfactory, and the working environment is safe. Activating photovoltaic panel cleaning mode." Following the command, an industrial-grade drone steadily ascended and began performing high-altitude cleaning operations with precision. The application of this new technology has successfully resolved the issue of declining photovoltaic power generation efficiency in the region, marking the official entry of local photovoltaic maintenance into an era of unmanned, intelligent operations. It also provides another innovative model for the integrated development of the low-altitude economy and green energy.

For a long time, the cleaning and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations located in complex environments such as residential areas and factory rooftops has been a challenge in photovoltaic maintenance work. Traditional manual high-altitude operations suffer from low efficiency and significant safety risks. The newly introduced drone high-pressure spraying system, consisting of an aircraft and a spraying module, is equipped with a 30-liter large-capacity water tank and a 900-watt high-pressure water pump. This enables high-capacity, high-pressure aerial operations, perfectly meeting the maintenance needs of new energy high-altitude equipment.

The system boasts outstanding functional advantages, including a two-degree-of-freedom end effector that allows vertical multi-angle adjustments to meet the requirements of different working surfaces. Laser real-time distance measurement and an operational wind speed tolerance of no more than 10.7 meters per second ensure stability and safety during high-altitude operations. Additionally, the system supports cleaning path planning and fully automated operations. Modular nozzles can be quickly switched to meet diverse needs such as cleaning and spraying. Thanks to its highly integrated design, a single operator can control both flight and spraying operations remotely, significantly reducing labor input.

Currently, this system has been widely applied in scenarios such as wind power maintenance and photovoltaic panel cleaning in Zhenjiang. State Grid Zhenjiang Power Supply Company has also integrated it with the existing drone inspection system, achieving a fully intelligent closed-loop management process that covers inspection, defect identification, cleaning and spraying, and result verification.
