The festival will present a comprehensive display of local artistry, featuring over 300 varieties of wine from more than 20 prominent wineries. Attendees will have the chance to sample an extensive range of spirits, including classic reds and whites, brandy, sparkling wines, and fruit-based liqueurs. To celebrate the season, the event will offer exclusive wine gift sets at special discounts, along with a vibrant schedule of live music, dance, and magic performances.
A significant highlight of the week is the new wine tasting and technical exchange meeting scheduled for Dec 27, the first day of the festival. This year's session will feature a record-breaking selection of nearly 50 new wines, highlighting the latest technological breakthroughs in Penglai's winemaking. Industry experts and producers will gather to discuss critical topics such as new planting techniques and flavor refinement, providing fresh momentum for the development of the local grape and wine industry.
The "Fairyland Coast" festival serves as a key platform for integrating the wine industry with cultural tourism. By exploring Penglai's unique terroir and industrial heritage, the event drives a "mutual empowerment" between the wine sector and cultural tourism. This synergy not only elevates the local economy but also offers visitors a multidimensional way to experience the tradition and innovation that define this world-class wine destination.
