Actively carry out winter safe electricity usage campaign in residential communities

State Grid Anyang Power Supply Company arranged for staff to visit Xiangyang Garden community in Chengguan town, Tangyin county, Anyang, Henan province, on Dec 4, to carry out an electricity safety campaign in the community, comprehensively enhancing the public's awareness of safe electricity use.

In Xiangyang Garden community, the company's staff distributed brochures on safe electricity usage in winter to passers-by and, in combination with recent typical electrical fire cases, explained to them the precautions for safe electricity usage in winter and the basic skills of first aid for electric shock, allowing residents to directly feel the importance of safe electricity usage.

For the elderly in the community, the staff also carefully taught them how to use the "State Grid Online" app through hands-on guidance and demonstrated service processes such as electricity inquiry and online payment, increasing their quality of life.
