With five new racing vehicles carrying the hopes of over 200 team members, the team is poised to embark on a new journey in the world of motorsports.

The HRT racing team has had a remarkable journey over the past 15 years, manufacturing a total of 45 cars independently and achieving nearly 300 awards in international and national competitions and pioneering a path of innovative talent development.

The team's evolution is evident from their humble beginnings of producing one gas-powered go-kart annually to now adding electric versions, buggies, and a driverless go-kart.

Their small team of automotive engineering students now comprises over 200 students and faculty from disciplines such as automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, computer science, management, and transportation.

Teamwork is behind the entire process of design, manufacturing, event planning, and promotion, and the team's passion for learning is ignited while being balanced with their academic coursework.

More than 2,000 graduates of the university are employed worldwide, with some becoming leading talents in the automotive manufacturing industry at renowned companies and others pursuing further education at prestigious universities globally. (Edited by Yang Yingxue)
