The Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Binzhou ETDZ) in Shandong province has launched an improved policy to optimize the process of administrative examination and approval.

Shandong Binhe Real Estate Co Ltd from Binzhou recently obtained more than 60 documents within a short period of time, becoming the first investment and construction project in Binzhou ETDZ to benefit from the implementation of the new policy.

Earlier this year, the local government found that progress on the new construction project of Shandong Binhe Real Estate Co Ltd was slow. Through discussions with the company, it was revealed that the most challenging issue for the construction project was the complex subsequent approval process. After learning about the company's needs, the zone's administrative approval authorities decided to tailor an approval plan for the project.

The successful piloting of the new and improved approval service for construction procedures has significantly shortened the approval timeline. "The current policy is really excellent! The efficient approval process fundamentally speeds up the project's commencement," said the manager of the Shandong Binhe Real Estate Co Ltd project.

The improved policy has helped companies address tangible issues, leading to new breakthroughs in project construction.

With the goal of providing the best possible environment and policies and increasing efficiency, the zone will continue to optimize approval processes, shorten approval times, and reduce approval steps, aiming to make administrative approval easier and help government services run on the "fast track". (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
