Weihai High-tech Zone makes permit processing more efficient
The Weihai Torch Hi-tech Science Park has taken steps to improve efficiency in handling public place hygiene permits by relocating service windows and extending services to convenience centers in three towns and sub-districts. The initiative aims to streamline the process by enabling all-district handling and integrated processing through a single window.

Residents can now apply for permit services on the spot. Staff members assist in the submission of required materials and swiftly process them through the government service cloud platform. Utilizing the all-district handling approach, the entire hygiene permit process can be completed in under half an hour.
Looking ahead, the Weihai Torch Hi-tech Science Park plans to further tailor services to meet regional business needs. The focus will be on developing an integrated government service system that extends all-district handling capabilities to more convenience service centers. This expansion is expected to facilitate nearby and remote processing, ultimately enhancing the satisfaction of both enterprises and the general public. (Edited by He Yuge)
