To further enhance regional characteristic agriculture, Dongbeixiang community is encouraging villages to utilize existing and potential resources and explore new models, technologies, and varieties. Efforts are underway to increase brand value, expand sales channels, and improve agricultural infrastructure.

As melon season approaches, Fanjiazhuang village in Dongbeixiang community is enjoying a bountiful harvest. Farmers are thrilled with the high yields and quality thanks to favorable weather conditions. The first batch of cantaloupes has already hit the market, receiving many orders.

Fanjiazhuang village is working to transform melons into profitable crops by establishing a professional cooperative and creating an industrial chain from seedling cultivation to sales. This initiative not only drives melon farmers towards prosperity but also addresses employment issues in the village, benefiting the local community as a whole. (Edited by He Yuge)
