Huancui district speeds up residential housing approval process
To enhance the protection of property owners' rights and interests, Huancui district in Weihai implemented a joint acceptance policy last year.
The goal is to accelerate residential housing acceptance procedures, reducing the time required from a month to about a week.

Previously, acceptance procedures were carried out unit by unit, with different departments handling planning acceptance and landscaping acceptance separately. However, the district has since implemented a new model of assistance and joint acceptance, simplifying the process, reducing paperwork, and optimizing procedures.
Under this new system, each acceptance project receives personalized services, where companies are only required to provide essential information. Other necessary certificates, approval results, and materials available on the online platform will be exempted, enhancing the efficiency of acceptance services. (Edited by He Yuge)
