Located in the Ningjin Debai Acrobatic Cricket Happy Valley in Ningjin county, Dezhou city, East China's Shandong province, the China Wood Carving Art Museum serves as a political virtue education site themed around traditional Chinese family values and teachings. The museum has the capacity to accommodate up to 300 individuals for group visits and learning sessions.
Spanning 150 mu (10 hectares), the museum is divided into six distinct sections. It is home to thousands of couplets, plaques, Chinese pingfeng, or screens, bookshelves and scrolls that serve as vessels for ancestral teachings. These artifacts encapsulate the essence of family governance, perpetuating age-old wisdom through poetry and etiquette.
This museum represents an extensive collection of Chinese family traditions, functioning as an inclusive cultural platform that integrates cultural immersion, academic enlightenment, eco-tourism, leisure and educational training. Through this platform, visitors have the opportunity to engage with traditional family values and teachings, while also participating in on-site educational sessions centered around the themes of loyalty, integrity, poetry and righteousness.
