Four '100' actions in Shandong's county promote high-quality development

Caoxian county, located in Shandong province, is committed to strategic project development to drive high-quality economic growth in the region. The county is effectively expediting its development goals through the implementation of the four "100" actions.

The four "100" actions encompass four project categories: signing 100 projects valued at over 100 million yuan ($13.84 million) each, constructing 100 industrial projects, implementing 100 technological transformation projects, and undertaking 100 infrastructure construction projects. Over 50 of these projects are scheduled for operation this year, collectively contributing to a capacity increase surpassing 20 billion yuan.

On the mechanical arm faculty construction site in the county, workers have been meticulously laying foundations while maintaining top-notch site organization. With a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan primarily from Tianjin Tuan Group, supported by technological investment from Bayer, the project aims to produce 6,000 high-precision intelligent robotic arms annually. Upon full production, it is projected to generate an output value of 2.6 billion yuan.

"In addition to the robotic arm, other projects in Pulianji town, including those by Shandong Kaisheng Chemical Science and Technology Ltd and HDiTEC, are also progressing steadily. The town authorities are doing everything possible to support and ensure the smooth implementation of these projects," said Wang Ximin, deputy Party secretary of Pulianji town.

The progress of these projects is in large part attributed to the positive local business environment. In recent years, Caoxian county has streamlined its government processes, delegated authority, and enhanced government services. All approval procedures can now be conveniently completed online, aiding companies in resolving any issues from establishment to subsequent development.

Building upon its robust digital economic sector, Caoxian county will continue to spearhead the digital transformation of industrial enterprises. The county is actively encouraging companies to establish "5G+" industrial internet platforms, with the goal of developing interconnected production and service systems.
