Binzhou zone boosts business with enhanced public services
In recent years, the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Binzhou ETDZ) in East China's Shandong province has focused on enhancing its government affairs service system to further improve its business environment and promote high-quality economic development.
The zone is working to synchronize the standardization, regularization, convenience, and digitization of government services, unleashing further dynamism and vitality in government services.
Local authorities are committed to promoting efficient approvals and advancing standardized service processes. They are enhancing the approval model by establishing a comprehensive acceptance, categorized approval, and unified window issuance system, making approval processes more transparent and streamlined by publicizing approval stages, timelines, and progress.
In addition, they have opened green channels for the elderly and provide convenient services for the elderly and vulnerable groups, bridging the digital divide and creating a better service environment for the elderly.
Relying on the Shandong e-government service platform, government service departments in the zone have also advanced the digitization of services. They are promoting one-stop government services and the application of e-licenses, e-contracts, e-seals, e-invoices, and e-archives and improving the government service evaluation system.
Local authorities have also set up a cloud assistance team to provide citizens with material pre-screening, guidance, and other front-end services through cloud video and sharing, assisting citizens in using e-government services and the Shandong government service app for online and mobile services. This allows for more efficient and convenient service processing, continuously enhancing the service experience for businesses and the public. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
