Russian engineers visit Dawn Group in Longkou for training program

Raphael, the Russian chief engineer of Dawn Indell LLC, along with sales manager Niyaz and process engineer Julia, visited Dawn Group headquarters in Longkou, East China's Shandong province, for the first time on April 16, participating in a 12-day training program.

During the training, the three Russian employees attended specialized lectures and visited key enterprises in the Dawn New Materials Technology Industrial Park to learn about the development of the industrial, product, and enterprise chains.

Dawn Indell LLC is a Russian project of Dawn Group located in Yelabuga, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation. Raphael, who joined in March 2022, was hailed as the "Number One Employee." "I am very grateful to be working at this company," Raphael said.

When construction on the Russian project first started, Dawn promptly dispatched personnel to provide guidance on the construction process. Liu Jiangang, director of equipment engineering management in the manufacturing department, said, "I witnessed the installation, commissioning, and production of equipment with my own eyes and felt the deep-rooted spirit of Chinese craftsmanship in a foreign land."

Liu said, "Ever since returning from the construction site in Russia, I have been concerned about equipment usage in the Russian factories, providing remote technical support. Now, with in-person training, I'm committed to sharing my insights and resolving any uncertainties."

Similarly, Xiang Liyu, a process engineer involved in construction in Russia, offers tailored training on the strengths and weaknesses of Russian factories, aiding in the development of cutting-edge digitalized factories. (Edited by Chen Mengyun)
